August 10, 1821 – Missouri becomes a state

1895 – First game as Warrensburg Teachers College (Lost to Wentworth Military 6 to 10)

1895 – First win as Warrensburg Teachers College (Defeated Clinton Academy 20 to 0)

1896 – No games scheduled

1899 – 1st year Head Coach Arthur Mosse surpasses the previous head coach as the winningest coach in UCM history when his Warrensburg Teachers College Football Team defeat Haskell Indian 17 to 5

1899 – 10th win (Defeated Wentworth Military Academy (22 to 2)

1901 – 2nd year Head Coach E. C. Quigley surpasses former Head Coach Arthur Mosse as the winningest coach in UCM history when his Warrensburg Teachers College Football Team defeat Missouri Valley 38 to 0

1907 – Won first Conference Championship (Defeated Cape Girardeau Normal 34 to 4) UCM has won 13 Conference Championships to date

1914 – 3rd year Head Coach Forrest C. Allen surpasses former Head Coach E. C. Quigley as the winningest coach in UCM history when his Warrensburg Teachers College Football Team defeat Kirksville Normal 76 to 0

1918 – No games scheduled

1919 – First game as Central Missouri State Teachers College (Lost to Central College (Fayette) 0 to 51)

1919 – First win as Central Missouri State Teachers College (Defeated Missouri School of Mines 6 to 0)

1922 – 100th win (Defeated Wentworth Military 6 to 0)

1931 – 8th year Head Coach Theodore C. Reid surpasses former Head Coach Forrest C. Allen as the winningest coach in UCM history when his Central Missouri State Teachers College Football Team defeat Wentworth Military 13 to 0

1946 – First game as Central Missouri State College (Lost to Kansas Teachers (Pittsburg) 0 to 12)

1946 – First win as Central Missouri State College (Defeated Central College (Fayette) 14 to 12)

1950 – 200th win (Defeated College of Emporia 26 to 21)

1950 – Won first Bowl Game (Defeated Kansas Teachers (Pittsburg) 32 to 21 in the Shrine Bowl) UCM has won 2 Bowl Games to date

1967 – Central Missouri Wide Receiver Keith Brown was selected in Round 13 of the NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers becoming the first former UCM player drafted into a professional football league (UCM has had 11 players drafted to date)

1971 – First game as Central Missouri State University (Lost to Illinois State 14 to 18)

1971 – First win as Central Missouri State University (Defeated Kansas State College (Emporia) 10 to 7)

1979 – 300th win (Defeated Evangel 28 to 14)

1990 – 8th year Head Coach Terry Noland surpasses former Head Coach Theodore C. Reid as the winningest coach in UCM history when his Central Missouri State University Mules defeat Missouri Southern 20 to 19

1997 – 400th win (Defeated Missouri Southern 31 to 10)

2006 – First game/win as University of Central Missouri (Defeated Lincoln 78 to 0)

2007 – 11th year Head Coach Willie Fritz surpasses former Head Coach Terry Noland as the winningest coach in UCM history when his University of Central Missouri Mules defeat Emporia State 38 to 7

October 16, 2010 – 500th win (Defeated Missouri Western 43 to 21)

2010 – Eric Czerniewski wins the 25th Annual Harlon Hill Trophy (1st time awarded to a University of Central Missouri Quarterback)
